Service Fulfillment Disclaimer

Spring Strength Therapy reserves the right to accept or reject your booking as a client for any reason at any time.

Whilst we try and ensure that all service details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We may choose to not fill any service (or part of a service) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Spring Strength Therapy reserves the right not to honour any incorrect offers represented on the Website made by genuine human or system error. Where your service or appointment is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in a description, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject that part of the service or appointment affected by the error.

If we reject your booking you will receive a refund or part refund of any money paid, the only exception is if you cancel your appointment without at minimum 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

Spring Strength Therapy reserves the right to prohibit, restrict or discontinue your access to certain pages within the website if you violate any terms of this agreement.

Spring Strength Therapy may modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. The modified terms of use will be effective upon posting on our website.
